Colavria Hospitality offers consulting services to investors planning new developments and refurbishments.  These services are distinct from on-going community management services and are offered on a separate fee schedule.

It is advisable to partner with the managing operator early in the planning process for new project development.  Colavria Hospitality has experience in advising through feasibility analysis, budget development, architectural planning, and construction management in new skilled and assisted and memory care projects.
