Colavria Celebrates Unveiling of Rehabilitation Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado

The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood, a new transitional care unit for senior physical rehabilitation, was unveiled to the public on October 10, 2009 at a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Mayor.

The Colavria team participated in all stages of the planning, budgeting and project oversight of this exciting development in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.   

Colavria President Mark Bedinger teamed with local owners/investors in executing a vision of a senior care environment offering luxurious amenities and personalized service to meet a growing demand for alternatives to traditional nursing home offerings.

Bedinger credits the Colavria team's broad vision for the success of design.  "We looked outside our industry for inspiration on this project and ultimately drew on fresh ideas from a variety of sources." 

Colavria's plan for organizing the delivery of service in the new environment extends its commitments to innovation.  "The guest experience at the Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood should be one of hospitality, comfort and personalized care for seniors."
